KJ's Hockey Development Camp
(scroll down for registration link)
KJ’s Hockey Development Camp is a great opportunity for players of all levels—from beginners to advanced—who are eager to improve their skills. This program helps players build confidence and develop the abilities needed to succeed on the ice. Open to ages 6–18, the camp combines skating fundamentals with essential hockey techniques in a supportive, fun environment led by experienced hockey players.
The program requires players to wear full hockey gear for both protection and performance. You must either purchase or rent your own gear, it is not supplied by the rink. Contact Dallin Staheli: youthhockey@kjsicebarn.org for questions about gear rental.
Before taking this class, players should already have foundational skating skills. This includes: forward and backwards skating, forward and backwards C-cuts, hockey stop, and 1-foot push and glides, etc. If the skater does not yet have these skills, please start with Learn to Skate.
